Payment can be made by cheque or postal order made payable to David Pattinson Tactical Training Services Ltd or by BACS system. Please call for BACS transfer details. If you wish to pay by cash please send it by registered post. Payment is required, in full, four weeks before the training date. For bookings made within four weeks of the training date, payment must accompany booking and bookings form.

Reservations & Bookings

Provisional reservations will be held open for 10 days, after which time, unless we receive written notification to the contrary, your reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and are subject to a 50% administrative charge. However, no refunds will be made if a cancellation is received four weeks prior to the start of the course.

Course Cancellation

Tactical Training Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event / course at any time, without liability, in which case all training fees will be refunded in full. However, Tactical Training Services Ltd cannot be held liable for any other expenses incurred by participants or their companies due to the cancellation.

Substitutions

Should a delegate be unable to attend, a substitution may be sent at no extra cost, providing Tactical Training Services Ltd is informed of this in writing (for registration purposes) at least two weeks before the course is due to commence, and not on the day of the course.

Changes To Advertised Details

Tactical Training Services Ltd reserves the right to change the venue / speakers / presentations at any time, with or without notice.
